Nathan overhears Marco, Emily and Johanna talking about their plan to send him to a mental institution and the nurses are already on their way to pick him up. He panics, grabs their security guard's gun and leaves hurriedly. He goes immediately to Katerina's house to kidnap her. He gets her into his car while Daniel pursues them in his. Nathan accidentally drives into a road block and gets stuck in the sand. Daniel engages him in a fist fight. Katerina cries out in pain as she begins bleeding. Fortunately, Daniel has knocked down Nathan and he is able to bring Katerina to the hospital.
Sadly, the doctors are not able to save the baby and declare it a miscarriage. Daniel and Katerina are devastated.
Meanwhile, Emily and Marco find Nathan where Daniel and Katerina have left him. Soon the nurses arrive to take Nathan to the mental hospital.
